Position: Junior Sous Chef – Pastry
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a pastry kitchen, with some supervisory experience.
- Advanced skills in pastry, dessert, and chocolate work.
- Creative and innovative with experience in menu development.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Strong understanding of cost control and kitchen management principles.
