Position: Guest Relations Supervisor (Japanese Speaker preferred)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in Front Office or Guest Relations at a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Fluency in Japanese is highly preferred; excellent command of English is mandatory.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate the Guest Relations team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, embodying the brand’s legendary service standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to creating personalized and memorable guest experiences.
