Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
