Position: F&B Sales

Responsibilities:

• Proactively solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, and site inspections.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
• Create and present compelling proposals for banquets, meetings, and other social events.
• Collaborate with the F&B operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process, including contracts, banquet event orders, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent service for guest satisfaction.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• A genuine passion for customer service and proven operational experience.
• A patient and customer-oriented approach in all interactions.
