Position: Director of Conference & Banquet Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Conference & Banquet Sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event planners, and corporate accounts.
  • Oversee the entire event sales process, from inquiry to contract negotiation and execution.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing MICE/banquet sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the MICE industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
