Position: Waitress (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Present the menu and provide detailed information when asked, including about ingredients and potential food allergies.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve orders promptly and correctly to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal and addressing any needs or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent service for guest satisfaction.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• A genuine passion for customer service and proven operational experience.
