Position: Server (Gading Serpong)

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately and promptly.
• Provide detailed information on menu items and make recommendations.
• Ensure tables are clean and set up correctly before seating guests.
• Check on guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Prepare and present final bills, accept payment, and return change.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server or Waiter/Waitress.
• Well-groomed with good communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Ability to take orders accurately and provide excellent service.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
