Position: Waiter & Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables, presenting menus and providing detailed information.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Handle payments and provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area in accordance with hotel standards.

Qualifications:

• Having job experience at a four-star hotel for a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
• Diploma in hotel management or a related educational field.
• Energetic, professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and procedures.
