Position: Room Maid

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change bed linens and towels, and replenish guest amenities as required.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are neat, tidy, and prepared for guest arrival.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:

• Having job experience at a four-star hotel for a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
• Diploma in hotel management or a related educational field.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• An energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
