Position: Housekeeping Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Room Attendants, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet quality and brand standards before guest arrival.
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities for the assigned section.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software is an advantage.
