Position: Director of Food & Beverage

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire Food & Beverage division, including all restaurants, bars, banqueting, and culinary operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest dining experience and maximize F&B revenue.
• Oversee the financial performance of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Provide leadership and direction to a large and diverse F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, and hygiene are maintained across all outlets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of F&B in a large-scale luxury resort.
• Proven track record of strong leadership and financial management in a multi-outlet environment.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for F&B trends and concepts.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience in a high-volume banquet and events operation is essential.
