Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager (Fine Dining)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of the fine dining outlet.
- Lead the service team by example, ensuring impeccable service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Train and develop staff on menu knowledge, wine pairing, and fine dining etiquette.
- Oversee daily service, manage reservations, and handle guest feedback with professionalism.
- Contribute to the restaurant’s profitability through effective cost control and upselling strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor in a fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service standards.
- Strong leadership, training, and team motivation skills.
- Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
- A passion for gastronomy and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Financial acumen with experience in managing inventory and labor costs.
- Fluent in English.
