Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager (Fine Dining)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of the fine dining outlet.
  • Lead the service team by example, ensuring impeccable service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Train and develop staff on menu knowledge, wine pairing, and fine dining etiquette.
  • Oversee daily service, manage reservations, and handle guest feedback with professionalism.
  • Contribute to the restaurant’s profitability through effective cost control and upselling strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor in a fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant.
  • Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service standards.
  • Strong leadership, training, and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
  • A passion for gastronomy and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Financial acumen with experience in managing inventory and labor costs.
  • Fluent in English.
