Position: Outlet Manager (All Day Dining)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the all-day dining restaurant’s daily operations.
- Lead and train the service team to deliver exceptional and efficient guest service.
- Ensure the highest standards of food presentation, quality, and service are consistently met.
- Manage restaurant profitability, including revenue generation and cost control.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel.
- Proven experience managing a high-volume, all-day dining outlet.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B service standards and operations.
- Financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budgeting.
- A passion for hospitality and creating great dining experiences.
- Fluent in English.
