Position: Outlet Manager (All Day Dining)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the all-day dining restaurant’s daily operations.
• Lead and train the service team to deliver exceptional and efficient guest service.
• Ensure the highest standards of food presentation, quality, and service are consistently met.
• Manage restaurant profitability, including revenue generation and cost control.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel.
• Proven experience managing a high-volume, all-day dining outlet.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B service standards and operations.
• Financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budgeting.
• A passion for hospitality and creating great dining experiences.
• Fluent in English.
