Position: Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve dishes and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal and responding to requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Waitress in a fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.

*Good knowledge of food and beverage products and service standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Impeccable grooming standards.
• Proficiency in English.
