Position: Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on menu items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve dishes and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal and responding to requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Waitress in a fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Impeccable grooming standards.
- Proficiency in English.
*Good knowledge of food and beverage products and service standards.
