Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a warm welcome and fond farewell.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Operate Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) to manage reservations, billing, and guest information.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard in line with luxury hospitality.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and create unique, memorable experiences for every guest.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Front Office Guest Service in luxury or boutique hotels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong guest-oriented personality with attention to detail and personalized service mindset.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards aligned with luxury hospitality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and team spirit.
  • Passion for creating unique and memorable guest experiences.
