Position: Front Office Host
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, personalized, and seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests.
- Act as a key point of contact, handling guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and grace.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions.
- Manage guest accounts and ensure all billing is accurate and processed correctly.
- Uphold the Alila brand standards of service, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations role in a luxury hotel.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unique guest experiences.
- A polished and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Fluent in English.
