Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the second-in-command for the Front Office department, assisting the Front Office Manager with strategic and administrative duties.
  • Oversee the entire Front Office team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and contribute to revenue-generating strategies.
  • Lead the front office operations, ensuring all brand standards and operational procedures are met.
  • Deputize for the Front Office Manager in their absence, handling all departmental responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Front Office, with at least 2 years as an Assistant Manager in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in managing a large and diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of PMS, front office operations, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a focus on both colleague development and guest satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English.
