Position: HR Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and attendance.
  • Process HR-related documentation, such as new hire paperwork and leave requests.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and corresponding with candidates.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative position, preferably in a hotel.
  • Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
  • Result and service-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A positive and helpful attitude.
