Position: Waiter/Waitress (DW)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, present menus, and assist them with their selections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them and responding to any needs.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B service position in a hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
• Result and service-oriented personality.
• A friendly, positive, and outgoing attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of service etiquette and menu items.
• Willing to work flexible hours as a Daily Worker.
