Position: Butler

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and anticipatory service to meet and exceed the expectations of our discerning guests.
• Manage all aspects of the guest’s stay, including bespoke in-room check-ins, dining requests, and activity arrangements.
• Maintain impeccable knowledge of all hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide expert recommendations.
• Ensure guest suites are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
• Address and resolve any guest requests or issues promptly, gracefully, and with utmost discretion.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Butler or in a senior guest service role within a 5-star luxury hotel environment.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• A genuine passion for providing detailed, intuitive, and personalized service.
• Ability to work gracefully under pressure and handle guest needs with confidence and discretion.
