Position: F&B Guest Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the F&B service team.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel standards, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.

Qualifications:

• Willing to be placed in the F&B & FO departments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Guest-oriented with a passion for service excellence.
• Proficient in POS systems and hotel software.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
