Position: Beverage & Bar Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Beverage Manager in a 5 star hotel or resort
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and non alcoholic beverages
- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
- Excellent financial acumen for inventory control, costing, and budgeting
- Ability to innovate and create new beverage menus and concepts
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Guest focused with outstanding communication and service skills
