Position: Food & Beverage Admin
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage Director and all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth operation.
- Manage F&B documentation, including reports, purchase orders, invoices, and scheduling records accurately.
- Handle communication (emails, calls) related to F&B reservations, supplier relations, and internal coordination.
- Assist in tracking F&B inventory levels and reconciling daily sales reports and cash transactions.
- Maintain a highly organized filing system and manage all confidential F&B department data securely.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Administrator or similar support role in a Jakarta hotel environment.
- Strong organizational and data management skills, with attention to detail in financial reporting.
- Good managerial, interpersonal, motivational, and leadership skills, particularly in coordinating between F&B sections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel operational software.
- A strong sense of team spirit and service minded approach to supporting a busy operational team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment like Kemayoran.
