Position: Steward (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in the washing of pots, pans, and all cooking tools, ensuring they are stored correctly and promptly.
- Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks and general kitchen cleanliness as required.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling protocols efficiently and according to hotel standards.
- Ensure the kitchen area, including floors and surfaces, is clean, safe, and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications:
- Have experience min. 6 month at the same position in a busy kitchen environment, preferably with a hotel background in Nusa Dua.
- Minimum Education is SMK or diploma F&B Product or related vocational training.
- Excellent team spirit, strong motivation, good personality and appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to join immediately, demonstrating commitment and readiness for the Daily Worker role.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
- Dedication to maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
