Position: Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to all guests in the restaurant and bar areas.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently, maintaining good organization skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas and service stations.
- Act as a strong team player with good personality, collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
- Develop a strong knowledge of all menu items and hotel services for effective upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position as a Waiter or Attendant in a reputable restaurant or hotel F&B division in Tangerang.
- Good communication and organization skills, essential for smooth table service.
- Must be a team player with good personality, ensuring positive guest and colleague interactions.
- Excellent personal grooming and presentation standards.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English proficiency is required.
