Position: Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to all guests in the restaurant and bar areas.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas and service stations to high resort standards.
- Develop a strong knowledge of all menu items and resort services for effective upsell opportunities.
- Act as a key member of the F&B Service team, ensuring guest satisfaction through positive interaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter or Attendant in a reputable restaurant or resort F&B division.
- Excellent personal grooming and presentation standards, befitting a resort in Nusa Dua.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork spirit and motivation to deliver high-quality service.
- Basic English proficiency is required.
