Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring excellent service delivery and good organization skills.
- Lead, motivate, and train the F&B Service team, promoting a team player attitude with good personality.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling, inventory control, and ensure profitable operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand quality standards and hygiene protocols in the Jakarta outlets.
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position in a hotel F&B environment in Jakarta.
- Good communication and organization skills, essential for operational leadership.
- Must be a team player with good personality, fostering collaboration and positive morale.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse F&B team effectively.
- Proficiency in F&B management systems and POS operations.
- Solid understanding of cost control and revenue management in F&B.
- Commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience.
