Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring excellent service delivery and good organization skills.
• Lead, motivate, and train the F&B Service team, promoting a team player attitude with good personality.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, inventory control, and ensure profitable operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with brand quality standards and hygiene protocols in the Jakarta outlets.

Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years experience in the same position in a hotel F&B environment in Jakarta.
• Good communication and organization skills, essential for operational leadership.
• Must be a team player with good personality, fostering collaboration and positive morale.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse F&B team effectively.
• Proficiency in F&B management systems and POS operations.
• Solid understanding of cost control and revenue management in F&B.
• Commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience.
