Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to resort standards and recipes.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing beverage recommendations.
• Able to upselling product, including premium drinks and special promotions, to boost revenue.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and full stock levels of the bar area with excellent attention to detail.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.

Qualifications:

• 2-Year experience in the same or similar Bartender position in a high-volume hotel bar or restaurant in Bali.
• Strong background in customer service, including guest interaction and handling requests efficiently.
• Able to upselling product with confidence and persuasive communication.
• Excellent attention to detail in beverage preparation, presentation, and inventory management.
• Must possess a good attitude and pleasant personality, essential for a guest-facing role in Sanur.
• Able to join immediately, showing flexibility and availability for shift work.
• In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer.
