Position: Bar Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender or Supervisor in a high-volume bar or lounge.
- In-depth knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Proven leadership skills, including scheduling, training, and performance management of bar staff.
- Exceptional customer service and cash handling abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory control, cost management, and minimizing beverage waste.
- Strong sense of hygiene and adherence to all food and beverage safety regulations.
