Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes with precision and style.
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure exceptional bar service, maintaining a business and service-oriented approach.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of the bar area.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and health/safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Has 2 years working experience at 4-5 stars international chain hotel, in the position as vacancy above, preferably within the Jakarta area.
• Well communication in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for engaging with a diverse clientele.
• Have a business & excellent service oriented approach to all tasks and guest interactions.
• In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume service.
• Strong teamwork skills and professional appearance.
