Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes with precision and style.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure exceptional bar service, maintaining a business and service-oriented approach.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of the bar area.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing laws and health/safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Has 2 years working experience at 4-5 stars international chain hotel, in the position as vacancy above, preferably within the Jakarta area.
- Well communication in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for engaging with a diverse clientele.
- Have a business & excellent service oriented approach to all tasks and guest interactions.
- In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume service.
- Strong teamwork skills and professional appearance.
