Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure exceptional bar service at the hotel’s outlets.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of the bar area.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Adhere strictly to all licensing laws and health/safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or 4-5 star hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging guests professionally.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in handling POS systems and cash management.
- Must be highly service-oriented and a strong team player.
- Basic English proficiency for guest communication is required.
