Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure exceptional bar service at the hotel’s outlets.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of the bar area.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Adhere strictly to all licensing laws and health/safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or 4-5 star hotel.
• In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging guests professionally.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in handling POS systems and cash management.
• Must be highly service-oriented and a strong team player.
• Basic English proficiency for guest communication is required.
