Grand Hyatt Bali is the crown jewel of resorts in Nusa Dua, offering a blend of Balinese culture and modern luxury across 41 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and pools. Designed as a water palace with lakes, gardens, and six swimming pools, our beachfront property provides an immersive experience for guests. We are currently recruiting for hotel jobs in Nusa Dua to support our diverse and high-volume operations.

Position: Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining
Qualifications:
- Experience managing a high-volume all-day dining restaurant in a luxury hotel
- Strong operational, financial, and people management skills
- Ability to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Fluent in English; other languages are an asset
- Creative in driving promotions and revenue
- Detail-oriented and hands-on leadership style
