Position: Restaurant & Bar Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar outlets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure exceptional food and beverage service standards
- Train and mentor the F&B service team
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant or Bar Manager
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office
