Responsibilities:
- Supervise bar operations and ensure high standards of beverage service
- Create innovative cocktail menus and manage beverage inventory
- Train bar staff on mixology techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle guest inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a luxury hotel
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Creative flair and passion for beverage service
- Knowledge of POS systems
