Position: Banquet Manager/Asst. Banquet Manager

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all banquet events including weddings, conferences, and meetings
- Manage banquet staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food service
- Maintain banquet equipment and inventory
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction during events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in banquet management in a 5-star hotel
- Strong organizational and event planning skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control
