Position: Internship – FB Service
Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B Service team in setting up and serving guests in all dining outlets, adhering to Meliã standards.
- Learn and practice professional waiting skills, order taking, and table service etiquette.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Develop strong product knowledge of menu items, wines, and beverages.
- Work as a part of the team, supporting colleagues and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong interest in Food & Beverage Service operations and developing practical skills in a hotel setting.
- Excellent team spirit, strong motivation, good personality and appearance.
- Well communication skills, particularly verbal English, are highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly motivated and eager to learn the operation of an international brand hotel in Makassar.
- A proactive and service-oriented attitude.
