Position: F&B Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and train the F&B Service team to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling, inventory control, and ensure profitable operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand quality standards and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a 4-5 star F&B environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for guest interaction in Solo Baru.
- Proficiency in F&B management systems and POS operations.
- Solid understanding of cost control and revenue management in F&B.
- Target-oriented and dedicated to delivering a premium guest experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
