Position: F&B Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and train the F&B Service team to maintain high service standards.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, inventory control, and ensure profitable operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with brand quality standards and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a 4-5 star F&B environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for guest interaction in Solo Baru.
• Proficiency in F&B management systems and POS operations.
• Solid understanding of cost control and revenue management in F&B.
• Target-oriented and dedicated to delivering a premium guest experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
