Purchasing (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Purchasing Department with daily procurement activities.
• Source quotations from suppliers and assist in negotiating terms.
• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders accurately.
• Track the status of orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure timeliness.
• Maintain and update procurement records and supplier databases.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills in data review and decision-making.
• Effective communication with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Skilled in negotiation to secure best price and terms.
• Problem-solving ability in purchasing and procurement processes.
• Preferably based in Jabodetabek area.
