Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel’s Engineering and Maintenance department.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all facilities and equipment.
• Oversee capital projects, renovations, and system upgrades to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage the department’s budget, including energy conservation and resource management initiatives.
• Ensure the hotel complies with all safety regulations and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• At least 2 years of experience in engineering and project management.
• Proven managerial and leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in system design, development, and implementation.
• Skilled in managing teams, projects, and resources.
• Strategic decision-making ability.
• Effective communication with teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Preferably based in Jabodetabek area.
