Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel’s Engineering and Maintenance department.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all facilities and equipment.
- Oversee capital projects, renovations, and system upgrades to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the department’s budget, including energy conservation and resource management initiatives.
- Ensure the hotel complies with all safety regulations and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- At least 2 years of experience in engineering and project management.
- Proven managerial and leadership experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in system design, development, and implementation.
- Skilled in managing teams, projects, and resources.
- Strategic decision-making ability.
- Effective communication with teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Preferably based in Jabodetabek area.
