Position: Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the spa’s daily operations, including guest services, treatments, and facilities.
• Develop and market a menu of spa treatments that reflects Balinese traditions and luxury standards.
• Manage the spa team, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
• Control the spa’s budget, manage inventory, and drive revenue through treatments and retail sales.
• Ensure a serene, safe, and welcoming environment for all spa guests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and engage with discerning guests.
• A positive attitude with a deep understanding of wellness and holistic therapies.
• Excellent business acumen with experience in spa finance and marketing.
• Experience in developing a spa concept for a pre-opening property is a strong asset.
