Position: Restaurant & Bar Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the signature restaurant and bar.
• Ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for all guests.
• Supervise and train restaurant and bar staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage inventory for beverages, supplies, and equipment for the outlet.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with guests.
• A positive, hands-on attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, wine, spirits, and mixology.
• Experience in a pre-opening environment is a plus.
