Position: Floor Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the floor staff, including waiters and bartenders, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in managing daily operations of the sky terrace, including opening and closing procedures.
- Engage with guests, handle inquiries and feedback, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Train new and existing staff on service standards and menu knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist with ordering.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant or bar supervisor, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B service procedures and standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
