Position: Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the floor staff, including waiters and bartenders, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist in managing daily operations of the sky terrace, including opening and closing procedures.
• Engage with guests, handle inquiries and feedback, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Train new and existing staff on service standards and menu knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist with ordering.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant or bar supervisor, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B service procedures and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
