Position: Training Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all departments, aligned with 5-star luxury standards.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
• Lead orientation and onboarding programs for all new team members.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and report on their impact.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the resort.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Training Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• A positive and motivating attitude with a passion for developing talent.
• Experience in designing and delivering service excellence and leadership training.
• Pre-opening experience in setting up training frameworks is highly desirable.
