Position: Learning & Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer all hotel training programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and manage the learning management system.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of orientation and departmental training sessions.
  • Support the L&D Manager in conducting training needs analysis.
  • Prepare training materials and coordinate logistics for all learning activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a training or HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • A passion for employee learning and development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
