Position: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with the resort’s service culture and core values.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all Indonesian labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Champion a positive and supportive work environment that reflects the brand’s values.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry in Bali.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or Hospitality Management.
- A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
