Position: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with the resort’s service culture and core values.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all Indonesian labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Champion a positive and supportive work environment that reflects the brand’s values.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry in Bali.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or Hospitality Management.
  • A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
