Position: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement performance management and employee relations strategies in line with the Six Senses ethos.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Indonesian labor laws and resort policies.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or Assistant Director of HR in a luxury hotel or resort in Bali.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
