Position: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits.
- Develop and implement performance management and employee relations strategies in line with the Six Senses ethos.
- Ensure full compliance with all Indonesian labor laws and resort policies.
- Lead training and development initiatives to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or Assistant Director of HR in a luxury hotel or resort in Bali.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
