Position: Guest Service Agent (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and perform check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly reception area.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar role.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Able to work independently or within a team.
• Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and work well with pressures.
