Position: GRO
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and seating arrangements.
- Provide information about the venue, promotions, and events.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular guests.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Guest Relations Officer or similar role in the Horeca industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle guest complaints gracefully.
- Fluent in English.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
