Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Room Division Manager or similar executive role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage Front Office and Housekeeping operations
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management software (PMS)
- Strategic thinker with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Fluent in English
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
